Offered in a width of 762 mm, the convection steam oven is available in three different models that coordinate with the new E-Series Ovens. Design options include a “contemporary” black glass, “transitional” stainless steel and “professional” stainless steel, and models are available with either a tubular or professional style handle.
Wolf's 50.9-litre cavity – the largest interior cavity available in a steam oven – is more than 25 percent larger than similar units and allows for preparation of large or multiple dishes at the same time. Cook a fish fillet and chocolate brownies at the same time without risking flavor transfer, and save time in the kitchen. With easy access to the water reservoir, unlimited and uninterrupted steaming capability is assured.
The convection steam oven comes with Wolf’s exclusive automatic cooking mode, Gourmet. Gourmet adjusts the time and temperature of a food item, from meats and vegetable dishes to frozen appetizers, based on the amount and size of the food being prepared – this ensures consistent and delicious results. Cook perfectly browned meats to preference, with proper resting time accounted for automatically.
