An evening with Maggie Beer

Recently, Kouzina, together with Miele hosted an exclusive evening to welcome the Australian food legend, Maggie Beer to our Parnell Showroom.

Maggie, who has authored 10 books, appeared on popular TV shows such as The Cook and the Chef, The Great Australian Bake-off and Australian Masterchef, shared her passion for cooking with seasonal produce.

Guests were treated to an unforgettable experience - which included a gourmet tasting menu designed by Maggie, sipping on Seedlip cocktails, to the sounds of a jazz trio.
Just a few of the dishes from the menu were: Chawanmushi with umeboshi, red wine risotto with mascarpone, lemon zest, parsley and avocado fritters with a topping of chives, lemon zest and garlic.
