Kouzina team meet Marco Pierre White

The team at Kouzina were fortunate to be able to meet culinary icon Marco Pierre White during the recent Taste of Auckland event.

Throughout the evening Marco shared cooking tips and advice for both cooks and chefs. Using the Wolf Dual Fuel Range oven, a delicious saffron risotto was made which is infamous for this chef.
