Simon Gault provided an entertaining evening for architects, designers and media at a cooking demonstration held in DBJ’s luxury AveOra kitchen at Kouzina Showroom, Parnell. The premier chef and Masterchef Judge ably showcased the convenience of the Schweigen rangehood , Insinkerator waste disposal and ISE hot tap against the backdrop of AveOra’s customised splashback, benchtop and cabinetry. Guests savoured the taste of hors d'oeuvres and went away with a greater appreciation of how easy making great food can be in a well-planned kitchen equipped with the right appliances.
